Norpro Silicone Flexible Measuring, Stir and Pour, 2-Cup, shown

This is a kitchen gadget you don't realize how much you need. We use ours for many kitchen and other household tasks. It is made of quality material and its measurements are accurate - at least consistent with our glass measuring cups. We are very pleased with it.

These are great: they're easy to hold, the measurement lines are easy to read, they are flexible as you'd expect from silicone, and are dishwasher safe. I've used them several times so far. Having these means I have more than one 2-cup measure, so I don't have to rewash the same 2-cup measure over and over while prepping for a recipe.They stand up on a flat bottom. I'm glad I ordered them.

This worked great for what I bought it for. Making homemade melt and pour soaps. Went in the microwave quite easily and was sturdy enough for me to mix! Great product.

I bought this because I often found myself using plastic cups to fill up larger water bottles or using plastic measuring cups. I ditched both and bought this to keep my family healthy. It has been great!

I’m glad I waited a while to do this review. I received this cup on August 17 and last week I noticed it was turning yellow. I did a mild bleach solution and filled it up and let it sit half the day and it got most of it off, but now it’s not even a week later and it is yellow again. All I use this for is water to fill the filtered pitcher and to fill my coffee makers. Nothing else goes in it and it does not sit with water in it. I scrubbed it with a brush before I took the picture to see if it would help. As you can tell from the picture it did not. I have had other plastic measuring cups and have not ever had this happen before. I even have the one cup version of this same brand from 2018 with no problems.

I bought two of these, because the price was right, and I find I tend to need extra measuring cups when baking. They are okay. Handling and cleanup is fine, I like the flexibility to squeeze it and pour into narrow containers. The problem is that accuracy (or lack thereof) is an issue. I don't expect scientific, three digit accuracy, but 2 cups is not the same as 500ml. There is only one line for both measurements. I suppose it is close enough for most uses, but I'm kind of a stickler for detail. I'll still use them, but I may have to fiddle with recipes a bit.
