Is this tra caffeine/theine free?

No this Masala Chia Is made with Assam Black Tea and a blend of spices it is not caffeine-free.

These tea bags have sweet spices in them so it's up to the individual if you want to add sugar.

I really like starbucks chai tea and looking for an alternative i can male at home. has anyone else tried starbucks version and know how it compares?

With regards to tea India, I have stopped buying this as the quality had deteriorated over a period . This was the best ever I had found, but now as I have got used to making my own masala tea the Indian way with fresh ginger. Must admit I do have a temptation to go back to using tea India tea as it is the quickest way. I have never tried the Starbucks version. Good luck
