When you pour the tea, does it dribble?

Nope! I’ve had this for over a year and never did it dribble. Keep an eye on it if it boils - if it’s filled it will bubble over. But I turn off the burner as soon as I see little bubbles start and let it sit and finish steeping. I love the tea pot - cannot say enough good things about it :)

Can i make fresh herb tea in it?

Definitely! I would imagine most teas would work with the infuser insert..
