The only problem I have now is, I don't want to wake up!!! 🙃 it's such a comfortable pillow. I thought it'd be a bit awkward feeling due to the shape, but it's not at all awkward. I sleep so incredibly well. It really is like sinking into a cloud. In reality it's sinking into the perfect pillow with just the right amount of softness and firmness. My back pain has subsided. I still need my massage from my old knots BUT this pillow has given me relief from my precondition back pain. I feel my spine is aligning and I wake up feeling so comfortable and well rested. I LOVE this pillow. I'm glad I got one for myself and my mom. Give it a shot and if it doesn't work for you return it. I doubt you'll be returning it. As for the comments showing the pillow squashed. This pillow comes in a packaging that takes all the air out and seals it. Once you take out the pillow it will inflate into its normal size. You have to give it a few minutes to get it's form back but it will go to its normal self. I wouldn't worry about it arriving squashed. I would just give it 5 minutes (if that) and the pillow will be plump and ready for use. Don't let those photos discourage you. I say this because if I were considering it and saw those pillows I'd probably pass in fear.... don't pass on this pillow lol it's amazing!!!

I have been sleeping on this pillow for just 4 days and it is WILD how much less neck and shoulder pain I had after just one night! I get a lot of migraines induced by tight shoulders and my neck being cranked the wrong way from my pillows, so I knew I needed to get something different. Had I known that this would be so amazing sooner, I would have pulled the trigger on one a long time ago! I bought the king size one cause some people said they thought the regular size was a little too low. I have no complains about this pillow. No smell, comfy but supportive. I have given up my 4 pillow life for this one! I literally look forward to laying in bed just so I can lay on my pillow! Great product!! 5 stars.

I normally use My Pillow, pillows and they work great. Decided to try this one, since a family member had the king size. I use a CPAP, and usually am a side sleeper, while sometimes back sleeper too. This pillow design is fantastic for CPAP users....however, keep in mind I use the nasal pillows for CPAP mask, so minimally invasive, and permits side sleeping easily. This pillow is a win. While being firm, but not TOO firm, this provides the correct amount of support, and the contours of the pillow is a great shape to cradle your head if you are laying on your back, but the great thing is side sleeping. Nice design, accommodates side sleeping comfortably. What I missed right away is the ability to "bunch up your pillow" to make is comfortable for your position. This is a pre-formed pillow, so you basically take it or leave it...(the head position on the pillow) This may or may not be great for your use......you will just have to try it and see. Regular pillows have some advantage, but so do these type, IF you can conform to their use case. I find this pillow very comfortable, and easily fall asleep with it. 2 nights down, with good sleep, I don't remember waking up that much, as compared to a regular pillow, but time will tell. I still have the other pillow, just in case I need to return to it. So far so good. Well made pillow which is comfortable. Hope this helps. Just to add, I do NOT have any health problems besides CPAP that would require a pillow like this to aid in sleep comfort due to health reasons.....pain etc. *Update 9/2025* I have been using this pillow as my main pillow since I bought it in July. So 2 months of continuous use. Good and not so good, but overall, WIN! Compared to a "normal" pillow, this is hotter. And you can't bunch it up....it is what it is. So this takes some getting used to, BUT.....stick with it. I fall asleep quickly with this pillow, and I have noticed better, more restful sleep with this pillow, AND I am very picky about pillows. Overall....much better sleep, and staying asleep as compared to other pillows. Give it a shot.

My neck was fractured in an assault and I have a bakers dozen screws in my neck. I need support sitting and sleeping. I've tried many different orthopedic pillows before but this one is the winner. I slept so well and woke up more energized. 1 nights sleep so far, 1 fabulous night. It wasn't fully to it's full fill went I went to bed but it came into it's shape overnight under my head. I bought the queen size because it's the size I know. Just wonderful. I am a side sleeper and this pillow cradles my neck, shoulders and head and the place to put my arm is wonderful. I did not wake up with a tingling, numb arm or a sore neck. It's great. Good quality and look. If you are looking, I highly recommend. 👍

I was really excited about this pillow, I loved it for months, my shoulder pain was finally gone. But now I'm just feeling like its too stiff... I need a softer pillow. Looking for same ergonomic function, just a bit softer.

I was in a car accident last October 2022. I had suffered a lot of pain and sleeping was absolutely the worst for me. I found out now, in Aug. 2023 that I needed a c5-c6 disc replacement surgery. This pillow saved me before and after surgery. I got the pillow at the end of July 2023 just weeks before surgery. Before surgery I was able to finally get a good night's sleep with minimal amount of pain. The pain was eleaviated enough to be able to sleep. After surgery the pillow helped keep my cervical spine (neck) in the proper position for healing. I had no pain after surgery and continued to have no pain now, 7 weeks post operation. I am a side sleeper and this pillow helps me sleep on my back and my sides. Yay! I highly recommend anyone who is suffering this kind of pain to talk with your doctor or a physical therapist about trying this kind of pillow. It saved me. I will never go back to my other pillow again.

Okay, I am serious when I say, I had been working on designing a pillow similar to this... I guess now I no longer need to, which is fine by me....I have had chronic migraines for years, along with severe neck pain. I also had a craniotomy for a brain aneurysm in 2011, so many pillows hurt the left side of my head to where it feels "bruised" when I would wake.. I have tried so many different pillows without much relief. Of course I had to try this one too. It took some working out how best to adjust it for me as it is very low sitting. I myself cannot use it alone as it causes my sinus pressure to increase. So after a couple of nights, I finally figured out which small, thin pillow to place under it. I am telling you, it is worth it!!! There will be some soreness at first, which is completely normal, as your neck adjusts to being supported correctly and I'm guessing aligning as you sleep. I used it the entire night right from the start. The first few nights, I did wake several times to make sure I was laying on it properly. But I do have trouble sleeping anyway so not sure if anyone else will do the same. I cannot say my neck pain is gone completely, it comes and goes, and honestly, I don't think that is the pillows fault, because I know that I end up laying all wonky sometimes. But when it is present, it has HIGHLY DECREASED!!! I could tell a huge difference by the end of the first week, and it got even better the second week. It has also eliminated the bruised feeling from the side of my head that other pillows caused when I've slept on that side (normal soreness from scar tissue is not the pillows fault). I've been using it for several weeks now and am still so pleasantly surprised at how much I am digging it. I am very thankful to the makers/designers of this pillow which only another person with this sort of pain can understand! Go ahead and give them your money. I seriously doubt that you will regret it. P.s. I am a side and back sleeper.

I like it, got used to it fast! I am a side sleeper and this keep my head/neck steady, I am happy I took the bigger version.

I bought this pillow because I have neck pain that can cause a migraine, and often the pain gets worse after slepping. I read a ton of rewievs and decided to try this pillow. I have to say that it works for me from the day (night) one, I didn't have any adjustment period. I am very happy and my neck pain is much better since I started to use this pillow! Highly recommended!

Mi madre se quejaba de que tenía fuertes dolores cervicales. Estuve mirando almohadas que pudieran adaptarse a la fisonomía de la zona. Tras evaluar diferentes modelos, nos decidimos por éste. Se trata de una almohada que viene envuelta al vacío y que hay que dejar durante 24 horas sacada de la bolsa para que adquiera la forma suya. Mide unos 61 centímetros de largo y 31 centímetro de ancho. Tiene una forma que permite colocar el cuello y la cabeza en medio. Si duermes boca arriba te colocas tal cual y luego si duermes de lado te giras a los dos lados más elevados. En los laterales de los dos lados elevados hay como un cuerno para agarrarse, porque algunas personas ponemos la mano cogiendo esa posición. Trae una funda que se abre por detrás con un botón de broche y se puede lavar. Nosotros cogimos la que tenía la zona donde colocas el pelo de color gris. Las hay en blanco y en negro como otros colores disponibles. La primera noche mi madre dice que durmió muy bien. que le alivió mucho el dolor cervical. Los siguientes días tuvo días mejores y otros regulares, porque en realidad necesitará adaptarse a dormir con esta nueva almohada.
