PowerBlock Large Compact Stand

The PowerBlock Large Compact Stand has been a game-changer for my home gym setup. As someone who values both functionality and space-saving solutions, this dumbbell rack has exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the design of this stand is brilliant. It perfectly accommodates my PowerBlock expandable dumbbells, providing a stable and secure storage space. The stand's sturdy construction ensures that my weights are safely held in place, reducing any worries about them accidentally slipping or falling. One of the standout features of this compact stand is its folding capability. When not in use, the stand folds flat, allowing me to conveniently store it in a small space. This feature is a game-changer for those with limited room in their home gym or workout area. It saves valuable floor space and keeps the area neat and tidy when not in use. The assembly process was surprisingly simple and straightforward. The instructions provided were clear, and all the necessary hardware was included. Within minutes, I had the stand set up and ready to use, which was a refreshing change compared to other cumbersome fitness equipment. Having my dumbbells stored on this stand has made my workout sessions much more efficient. The easy access to the weights enables me to quickly switch between different exercises and maintain a smooth flow in my routines. No more rummaging through scattered weights or having to bend over to pick them up from the floor. The stand's capacity to hold multiple weights is impressive. I can store various sizes of PowerBlock dumbbells, ensuring that my workout needs are fully met. The ample spacing between the holders prevents any potential damage to the weights and makes it effortless to remove or return them to the stand. In terms of durability, the PowerBlock Large Compact Stand feels solid and well-built. It doesn't wobble or sway during use, even when I'm grabbing the weights quickly. The powder-coated finish not only adds to its visual appeal but also protects it from scratches and wear. Overall, I highly recommend the PowerBlock Large Compact Stand to anyone who wants to optimize their home gym space while keeping their dumbbells organized and easily accessible. Its efficient design, ease of assembly, and foldable feature make it a standout choice for home gym enthusiasts. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned weightlifter, this dumbbell rack will enhance your training experience and make your workouts more enjoyable.

I bought the PowerBlock Large Compact Stand along with my PowerBlock EXP Stage 1 Adjustable Dumbbell Set back in 2020 as part of my home gym setup during COVID, and it’s been a rock-solid addition ever since. I already left a review for the dumbbells (which I still love), but the stand deserves its own praise—this thing really pulls the setup together. Functionally, it makes a big difference. Before I had the stand, I was using the dumbbells off the floor, and while that worked, it wasn’t ideal. Constantly bending over to adjust the weights or pick them up got old fast. Once I added the stand, everything became easier and more ergonomic. The height is just right—no more awkward crouching or fumbling with the selector pin at floor level. It streamlines every workout. Durability-wise, this stand is built like a tank. The steel frame is solid, the finish has held up well, and it still looks almost new after years of use. It doesn’t wobble or shift, even during fast-paced workouts. The shelf surface is tough and handles the weight of the dumbbells without flinching. I've accidentally dropped weights onto it a few times, and it barely shows a mark. The design is compact, which is a huge plus in a smaller home gym space. It holds the EXP Stage 1 dumbbells perfectly with room to spare, and there’s even some extra space underneath for storing a few smaller items like resistance bands or yoga blocks. I also appreciate the clean, simple look—it fits in with the rest of my gear without being bulky or in the way. If you’ve already invested in the PowerBlock dumbbells, I really think the stand is worth getting. It keeps things organized, saves your back, and just makes the whole setup more professional and user-friendly. For something I initially thought of as optional, it turned out to be one of those pieces of equipment I wouldn't want to go without. This was part of my 2020 COVID purchase, and like the dumbbells, it’s held up over time and continues to be a key part of my workouts. Highly recommend it if you want to get the most out of your PowerBlocks.

I was looking at the dumbbell stand for cheap pair of power blocks that i got from craigslist, these are U90 with expansion only till 70. Following were my requirements :- - Should not take much space, this was clearly a winner. I stow my adjustable kettle bell below so I can use tthe below space too. - Can be folded out for storage when not in use. Great for transporting as well. - Should be sturdy and not wobble. Rubber pads at the bottom are bonus so these do not dig into the floor. - Should be cheap and not expensive, I was able to get these for $69 + taxes after tracking the price. - Should be able to withstand weight up to 180 pounds each. There are 2 variants, one is large and other is small, I went with large for this purpose. - Able to hold the 2.5 metal blocks specific to power blocks. I would say this stand was able to meet all the above expectations and beyond. Assembly only required me sticking the anti slip material. The height is perfect and helps to keep my lower back healthy by not lifting the weight from the floor. I considered the column stand but the space saving feature had me go with this one. It is sturdy and does not wobble on day to day use. Highly recommend this over the column stand or the small compact variant. I will update more if I find something worth sharing. **If you find my review useful then please click the 'Yes' in helpful. Keeps me motivated to share more experiences with the community**

This product works so well. It folds very flat for storage but when it’s open it’s extremely sturdy and solid. It has a pretty small footprint in my bedroom—it’s not much bigger than the weights would be side by side on the floor where they used to be, but it feels firmly planted in place and doesn’t wobble or feel unsafe. The metal used in it is thick and has a very high quality-feeling, smooth, polished finish. It also comes with grip pads that you can choose to put on or leave off. They were easy to line up and stick on, and they have a nice grippy rubber texture that holds the weighs in place without allowing them to slide around unnecessarily. I’m 5’8”, and I have to lift the weights up a bit out of their slots when I’m picking them up to do a workout. It works ok for me, but I imagine it would be harder for someone a lot shorter than me and easier for someone taller than me. It seems to be a good height so I imagine that someone who’s shorter than 6’2”-ish wouldn’t have to bend too much to pick up their weights. I have small kids so I worried this stand would fold easily or be prone to tipping—but after seeing it in person, I think it’s probably not going anywhere, even if my kids try to mess with it. It’s also a game changer for quick weight changes during workouts—the slots for the adder weights in the middle of the stand are especially helpful (fyi, those are only available on the larger stand that supports up to 90 pounds). I use mine with a powerblock pro expandable set. I have 50 pound weights right now, but there’s extra space on the rack for when I want to buy the 70 and 90 pound extensions. Mine arrived with one of the plastic feet broken (just due to some careless shipping by Amazon). I was annoyed at this and considered a return and replacement but I didn’t want to deal with that. I knew powerblock is a quality company and I love their products, so instead of returning it for another and dealing with the hassle of the exchange, I just got onto powerblock’s website and submitted a request for a replacement part. I explained that it was broken before it arrived, so they worked with me for no charge. They responded with a clarifying question the next business day, and as soon as that question was answered they sent me a notice that the new plastic foot would be shipped free of charge and ASAP. It arrived a few days later in the mail. Amazing customer service. Virtually no questions asked, and they were so quick to help. The product itself is sturdy and SOLID, and is a game changer for changing weights and storing the weights during and between workouts.

Freaking epic. All you do is open the package unfold it and it's ready to go. Perfect for my PowerBlock DBs. Just buy it. It looks like it wouldn't be sturdy - well it is. I love it. And I love not having to spend 30 minutes putting it together the most! I mean you do have to put some of the "stickers" on it and some dumb dumbs say it's like sandpaper - no the sticker is like a micro rubber material for grip on the plate. Great purchase- cheaper than alternatives and so easy to setup.

Seems very nice holds a lot chip in paint new out of box not big deal but for the price was not expected. Other then that the pad is two different ones which most won’t care I’m very ocd and one holds very well the other is good just different not sure if pic shows. Would buy again but should never need to I hope

Awesome. Zero assembly required. Comes folded like a tray table in a thin box. Lightweight and portable yet surprisingly sturdy. Make sure you lock the legs, you'll hear a snap and see it fit into a little groove (flip it upside down to make sure). I've got two 50lb power blocks on it has zero wobble or tipping risk. The four holes for the weight cylinders are 'secure' but not 'snug' meaning the cylinders all sit at an angle loosely. They aren't going to fall out, but I could see how this isn't the most aesthetically pleasing look. There's enough room here to put the extended power blocks on it and I have my four micro weight magnets on there too. If you're like me lifting off the floor, this is a huge improvement!

This stand is the ideal companion for my PowerBlock dumbbells, providing a sturdy and organized storage solution that maximizes both space and convenience. One of the standout features of this stand is its compact design. Despite its small footprint, it offers ample storage capacity, allowing me to neatly store my dumbbells in one centralized location. This not only keeps my workout area tidy but also saves valuable floor space, making it perfect for those with limited room to spare. The angled shelves make it effortless to access and replace the dumbbells, ensuring a seamless and efficient workout experience. Additionally, the open design allows for proper ventilation, preventing any moisture buildup and keeping my dumbbells in optimal condition. In conclusion, I highly recommend the PowerBlock Large Compact Stand to anyone who owns PowerBlock dumbbells or is looking for a reliable and space-saving storage solution. Its compact design, sturdy construction, and user-friendly features make it an excellent addition to any home gym. With this stand, you can keep your dumbbells organized, easily accessible, and ready for your next workout.

Portable and no setup time at all. Makes a huge difference not having to bend down to the floor after each lift to change weight selection. Worth every penny

Sturdy product - no complaints about this. I’ve got two different sets of Powerblocks and it can hold either set. Compact and no brainer set up out of the box.
