why did you change the price when I ordered to 16.99 when i put them in my cart they were 6.99 very disappointed?

Dear buyer, $6.99 is Limit Time Deal, The time-limited sale has not started when you purchased the item. Now the limited time sale is over, the current price is still $16.99.

I've never seen thumb tacks like these. they appear defective as if metal was pushed in wrong way. is this normal?

I thought the same thing! Hold the headless nail with the hanging portion closer to you, positioned to hang your ceramic flower, and hammer the nail into the wall.

are these a true white, white, or a little off white?

Hello, the ceramic flowers are a little off white,They are more beautiful than white.
