will my ass look like the picture?

Hmm. I guess i would need to know what your current ass looks like. This question is the best

Is this product good to use?

Yes, good to use and love the 5-6 levels of each resister strength.

Can I put these in the dishwasher? What is the best way to clean the bands?

I think these bands should be considered disposable. I would NOT recommend putting them in the dishwasher. They are extremely cheap and yes, pick up a lot of 'debris' and dirt.
