Stinky the Bulldog

This book is cute. I didn't give it 5 stars because I think it's really overpriced.

This book has cute artwork, but a mediocre story and writing (even by children's book standards). Basically, Stinky the bulldog goes out to make friends and meets a couple kids who make fun of his name. He cries and goes home; after his mother comforts him, he goes out to make a "true friend" who doesn't mind his name.It's just unexceptional. I'd pass on this and find a better book.

Love this book. We have two English bulldogs so naturally I had to buy this for my baby. Unfortunately one of our dogs ate a corner from the book..but it's a great read. Recommend this book to any child.

We have an English Bulldog, so I had to purchase this book. The illustrations are adorable but the book has a great message for kids.

My new grandson has an English bulldog and thus book was perfect for him as his pet his a bit of a stinky dog

So cute!! I love this book.

Stinky is a lovable little bulldog who moves to a new neighborhood. The mama bulldog teaches Stinky a valuable lesson in not judging others.This is a family friendly, ideal for classrooms as well story about acceptance of differences in others. This is non-judgmental and very gently written. Get this along with Gloria Estafan's book, " The Magically Mysterious Adventures of Noelle the Bulldog." Both are delightful and enriching books with the same timeless message.

My daughter and I found Stinky's story to be very touching. It was simply heartwarming and enjoyable to read. My daughter enjoyed being able to read some of the words on her own. It's just a wonderful book from beginning to end.

Das Buch ist sehr schön illustiert, so dass die Kinder allein schon durch die Bilder mit Stinky mitfühlen.Ein paar weitere Zeichnungen und das Buch wäre als schönes Bilderbuch völlig ausreichend gewesen.Der Text ist enttäuschend (3 mal gefragt, 3 mal ähnliche negative Antworten erhalten, dann Happy End).
