Depuis 2007, SOFY MAJOR fait rayonner Clermont-Ferrand sur la carte du noise-rock. Cet automne, le groupe sort son troisième album qui a été produit par DAVE CURRAN en personne (membre d'UNSANE, PIGS et BIG BUSINESS) au sein du studio Black Box Studio à Noyant-la-Gravoyère. Le tout a été mixé par ANDREW SCHNEIDER (TRANSLATOR AUDIO, JULIE CHRISTMAS) à Brooklyn et masterisé par CARL SAFF, chez lui. Le résultat ? Un noise-core de très haute facture, quelque part entre HARVEY MILK et COLISEUM, en mieux, évidemment. "Waste" sortira (en CD et LP) dès le 30 octobre prochain sur Solar Flare Records.
