4 year review This cheap wire saved me from losing my mind, I had a blown ambient air temperature sensor for months. I decided to give this sensor a shot and all I had to do was crimp it onto the existing wires. It worked flawlessly and it still is, even years later.

Easiest, cheapest and fastest fix for replacing missing bracket and sensor
Do not waste your time and money with the OFFICIAL BMW repair kit. I spent 4 hours trying to get these tiny 18 gauge wires into a bracket that clipped it into place and then had to buy the sensor. The kit from Amazon gives you everything you need except some wire-to-wire tubes - buy them at Walmart. Then if you are like me and missing the entire DS quarter splash panel, just zip tie it in place and it will work fine. See yellow circle in photo of where I zip tied mine.

Funciona excelente, da lectura al instante de conectarlo. Si te fijas bien, el sensor tiene el número 1 y el número 2. El número 1 va a la señal y el número 2 a tierra. En el caso de mi Vehículo BmW 328i F30, tiene el azúl para la señal y otro cable marrón con aazúl para tierra.

Fits and works
Fit my 2014 BMW 320i Xdrive. Highly recommend. The terminals are not labelled or color coded, both in the car and the part, so it takes some figuring out.

Worked great. Good to include the connector
The location of the sensor is very low and open to the road on my BMW 330CI, so it is not unusual for the sensor to get damaged. It is also common that the connector is damaged, which mine was, so it is a good idea to replace the connector at the same time.

Fitment for 2015 BMW 328i X Drive, lasted 1 day. Lol
Worked on my 2015 BMW 328i X Drive however it only worked for 1 full day. Check engine with a code of shorted sensor the next day. Dang it!
