only giving 1 star because you can't give it a 0, it's a piece of garbage, didn't even get to use it once put my feet in it pulled the handles and the loop on the foot piece broke, you can't even fix it. A complete waste of money.

This seems to be strong enough to do the job, and appears well made.

It is kind of cheap looking and feels like it might break easily. I also noticed when I was using it to do the leg lift ab exercise, as seen on TikTok, my back was occasionally tingling. It felt like nerve pain in my lower back. I hope the exercise is safe and I hope it really works to help me lose my chunky belly.

Not very resistant but has a little resistance to it. It helps with your workout but I think it needs less give to it.

I love this. I've used it consistently for a week and I can already feel a difference.
