Oh boy, I am the worst when it comes to putting together a crossword puzzle. This puzzle is terrific although Icouldn't even finish it. The colors, shapes, cover photo are great and people will love working on this.Sidne Leith

Update: I contacted the seller regarding the issue, they’re sending a new puzzle. This was a prompt response and the seller was pleased to fix the issue.I’ve done a lot of puzzles and have never had my box of pieces messed up. I had 4 extra pieces, 3 of those pieces were edge pieces. It’s extremely frustrating when you’re putting the edge together and trying to fit in pieces that were extra...it’s even more frustrating when you are missing pieces. I have a set up with raised edges to ensure that pieces do not spill off and disappear; even so, I thoroughly checked the puzzle area to ensure that the missing pieces were not lying around somewhere on my floor. They are just missing. I spent extra money on this puzzle hoping to epoxy and hang it in a spare room. Can’t do that now, can I?

This was my first round puzzle. I enjoyed the challenge of that. It was difficult - many shades of brown and black and dark green. I liked the artistic look of the city.

Took forever to receive, and as you can see, 5 missing pieces!Reviewed 2 stars for giftable because I would not take the chance that they would get one with missing pieces.Great picture and it was fun trying to complete. 1 or 2 might be owner loss but 5 or more is factory.

This puzzle took me 3 1/2 weeks to complete.It was difficult but I persevered.Just glued it and will frame.You need a lot of patience but keep your brain stimulated!

This was a great puzzle. It was a moderate difficulty, moderate amount of puzzle pieces. Love the design. My puzzle arrived exactly on time as well. Would order again.
