Great fit and quality!!!
Ordered this a week before I was scheduled for foot surgery. It fit PERFECTLY over my surgical dressing and then, when that was removed, it fit perfectly over my cast. It kept my toes nice and toasty. It is super easy to attach - so much so, that my 3 year old enjoyed helping Mommy put her "toe warmer" on! I loved that it has an adjustable strap because my dressing was a little thicker than my cast was. It is machine washable and I did not put it in the dryer since it has the non-skid things on the bottom (not sure why it has those - if you're in a cast, you're probably NOT walking on it). It lasted for over 2 months of use and, if I was still in my cast, would still be going strong. My ortho Dr had never seen anything like it! He said he would definitely tell his other patients about this.

This sock is perfect for a cast!
This sock is great! My son broke his leg and needed something that could easily cover his toes while in a cast but was also easy to put on, take off, and that stayed on. I bought several of these and they are fantastic. His toes have stayed warm in the negative temperatures we've had, with the adjustable strap the sock never slides off, and it's held up with daily use for 4 weeks now. There are gripper like pieces on the bottom that some people said came off but my son can't walk on his foot at all so those have stayed on just fine for us. I wash the socks in a garment bag in the washer and just hang them to dry. They have worked so well that I just ordered another few so I can do less laundry and his toes can still stay warm.

Comfortable sock!
I recently had toe surgery and pins were placed in my toe that extend out the end about 1 1/2 inch. Since they will not be removed for 8 weeks I needed something to cover them so I wouldn't bump them causing them to break. A regular sock wouldn't fit over the post op shoe I'm currently having to wear. I saw this over the cast sock and decided to give it a try. It works very well. It is oversized and fits over my shoe, is very soft and has no-slip grips on bottom. It also has an adjustable strap to hold it securely on your cast or post op shoe. Of course, it would keep your toes warm in cooler weather too. Would definitely recommend this sock.

Works, but better for a cast than for a brace
A few weeks after fracturing my ankle, I transitioned out of wearing a boot all the time to wearing a brace in bed. Since it was winter and my toes were colder with the brace than with the boot, even with a sock on underneath the brace, I bought this to provide warmth and give me some traction if I needed to walk around at night. It works, but it's a little wide/large around the toes, with excess fabric flopping around a bit on the sides. I'm a size 9 in women's shoes, and I had to cinch the strap all the way in above the heel and tuck the excess in back. Clearly, it's made for casts, as indicated in the product name (and it's also too small for a boot - I tried it on just to see), and I imagine it's great for that use. It does work, though, at keeping my toes warm in the brace and providing extra traction should I need to move from room to room, despite the imperfect fit. I would NOT wear this particular version outdoors or for extended periods, as the fabric doesn't seem very durable over the long-term, but for short-term use, it's fine.

Perfect to cover your ugly toes!
I had no idea a product like this existed! I had a cast on for a week and went back to the doctor for him to tell me I needed the cast on for another week 😤. I needed to go back to work but the last thing I wanted is for people to see my toes haha. Who knew this product was designed exactly for what I needed. Great product and it also kept my toes warm!

Oh, no - the seam is across the tips of the toes!
This would have been a five star review except for a darn seam. I do want to point out all the good stuff first: Works great, soft, stays put, warm and cozy so the toes aren’t out bothering me and everyone else. But the seam placement is - well, terrible. Fortunately I have enough room to pull it a bit off the tips of the toes, but that tip of the toe seam is absolutely brutal when the fabric could have been folded over top/bottom of toes and then sewn together on the sides??? Honestly I would have given it one star if it didn’t exceed in every other area. Having said that, I am grateful I could get this product to wear for over this diabolical hard cast.

Just What the Doctor Didn't Order!
First, let me say that I have no connection with the manufacturer of this cover and was not given a sample to try at no cost. I'm just a regular customer like you. When my wife had surgery that required her to be in a foot cast for close to three months the doctor forgot to mention she would be slipping all over our hardwood floors. I found this on Amazon and thought I would give it a try. When it arrived I was really amazed at the quality of the cover for such a reasonable price. It fit the cast perfectly and the bottom has non-slip stripes that keep her rock steady on all surfaces. Putting it on is literally a snap with the snap-on strap that goes behind the ankle portion of the cast. I plan to order another one so she will have a spare when one has to be washed. If you have a foot cast and are having slipping problems when you try to walk with it I can't recommend this sock highly enough. You won't be disappointed if you purchase it.
