Does it work on all power washers

Hello Lewzon,This accessory needs 1/4 quick connect wand, as long as the pressure washer is equipped with 1/4 quick connect wand this accessory will be attachable and usable.

Is this a foam cannon?

Heck no. Don’t waste your money on this one. Get a soap cannon that is built for foaming soap.

Can it be used to dispense vinyl siding cleaner ?

It is intended for liquid soap cleaner solution for your car. It foams the solution so you can cover the car surface more and evenly. I used it too for weed killer solution, it foams, making the mix a higher concentration. Though, I may have only covered less area instead of following the recommended mix ratio, but it assures me that I get rid of weeda for a longer period. Having stated that, I donot see anything wrong using it to clean your vinyl siding. Again, you may need to use more solution. I would rather get a pump sprayer that using this.

Will this work with oil eater (asin b000ealhhg) to provide a high pressure blast to clean oil and chemical stains from my garage floor?

We advise using detergent designed for pressure washer use. If a detergent is not designed for pressure washer use it's best to apply the detergent or degreaser first then use the pressure washer to rinse off the detergent.
