7 Chakra 108 Mala Beads Bracelet Real Gemstone Yoga Meditation Hand Knotted Mala Prayer Bead Necklace

This Mala bead necklace is lovely. I read a lot of reviews (maybe not for this exact item - reviews tend to blur together after a while!) where people claimed their beads were made of plastic, were dyed vs natural stones, that they had chips or were imperfect, that the "charm" was plastic or fell off the necklace, or the silk tassel fell apart almost immediately. The necklace is weighty, and as soon as I held it, I noticed how nice it felt in my hands. The beads are clearly stone, and the beads made of picture jasper are all natural; however I'm uncertain whether or not the rest of the beads are natural or have been dyed. Typically when the color is consistent, the beads have been dyed. While this isn't the perfect option when creating a meditation/prayer tool, it's not something that will keep me from using the necklace. The knotting between beads is tight and makes for easy movement of the fingers between individual beads. As far as chipped or damaged beads, my necklace has none, but stones naturally have imperfections that can be revealed during the manufacturing process. Granted, beads with more than a minor imperfection should be removed before the necklace is strung, but finding no such beads on my necklace leads me to believe that at least some quality control is in place. Because of the number of people who had trouble with the silk tassels falling apart, I decided on a necklace with a charm. The tree of life charm I selected is metal, and is attached securely - I do not anticipate any issues with it falling off. The charm is a bit small & lightweight for a beginning/ending focal point, so I decided to wear the necklace with the charm over my heart, which also creates more interest by disguising the pattern the beads are strung in. The ONLY complaint I have is that the charm is attached with a metal barrel, when a guru bead would have been preferable since the energy created while meditating/praying with the beads collects in the guru bead and metal is not known for its ability to store energy. This product would make a nicer gift if a velvet storage bag was included - and it would be nicer to have a storage bag even if not a gift.

I almost returned these, because I didn’t understand how the colors related to the chakras. There is a tiny explanation I found later inside the box cover. When held directly in center from the top—with little lotus charm at the bottom, you see the correlation of amethyst = crown chakra, etc. ending in striped agate = root chakra at the very bottom! It’s perfect and 108 beads just as it should be. Sending blessings to those who made this wonderful necklace so carefully and artistically. It’s heavy in the hand—just right. Thank you!

Great gift for yogi friends. Well made and the perfect size to carry with you. Seems durable and I don’t think it will tarnish or wear. It has a nice weight to it as well. I found the colors to be very soothing.

This is very comfortable as a bracelet, and it also works well as a necklace. When wearing as a bracelet, the stones feel cool and have some weight to them. The colors are beautiful and it works well for meditation. Yes, there are 108 beads.

Very sturdy and authentic. The stones are beautiful and love the tree of life. Had a little weight to it is what I like. It was so nice. My niece fell in love with it instead of me giving her mine. I got her one she was so happy when she received it

I thought this would have had a different sized bead where the colors change so it can be used for meditation with eyes closed and being able to switch mantras. It is beautiful but all beads are the same size.

These mala beads are individually knotted, smooth and comfortably sized. Well packed in a sturdy box and reasonably priced. Nicely done.
