It’s good stuff
First, I received this three days before the “earliest” date so great service. The flour itself appears to be fresh, finely ground, medium rye flour. No bugs, fresh smell (no bad odors), no clumping at all, and best of all, my sourdough starter loves it! I made a levain and it proved beautifully. Even after this pandemic flour shortage is over I will reorder from this company.

Well worth the money, couldn't get flour anywhere else so I resorted to buying online. Wish I'd done it sooner. Flour came quick.
