Review: Temporarily relieves lower back pain - Doesn't stay in place but can work around that. It helps relieve my back pain. And that is what matters the most
Review: Epic failure, good theory - Doesn't work, the straps were on backwards and impossible to tighten up around my chest, it just kept sliding up until I thought my breasts were going to be choking me!

## Features

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Temporarily relieves lower back pain
*by W***E on December 8, 2020*

### ⭐ Epic failure, good theory
*by S***. on August 1, 2020*

Doesn't work, the straps were on backwards and impossible to tighten up around my chest, it just kept sliding up until I thought my breasts were going to be choking me!

### ⭐⭐⭐ Personal Torture Device
*by M***N on October 21, 2023*

I give it three stars because It hurts so much to use this thing that your mind is briefly off the lower spine problems...This device does pull on the lower spine in the right spot for me. Best when legs are out front with full weight on the device... Although it is pulled as tight as possible around the ribs, and tried below the ribs, the device marches up your back little by little until your armpits are hurting. Hanging by the hand loops is pure nonsense and, if you have such strength, it works to reduce the spinal load somewhat. Wraping it around the upper chest only makes it unbearable faster. In the end, you end up with your T-shirt bunched up around your neck and armpits hurting..
