I like this product, no after taste. Very easy to swallow. I take it in order to increase my omega 3 ratio as compared to omega 6. I do test my ratio and have seen an improvement.

I’ve been using Nordic Naturals Omega-3 daily since 2016, and it’s one of the most cost-effective supplements in my regimen. I recently upgraded from Ultimate Omega to Ultimate Omega XTRA (1480 mg plus Vitamin D3), and I’m extremely satisfied with the change. The increased potency is a major benefit for me because it maintains the simplicity of my routine while providing robust omega-3 support. I also appreciate the inclusion of Vitamin D3 as an added benefit. The main reason I remain loyal to this brand is its gentleness on my stomach. I experience no gastrointestinal discomfort or fishy aftertaste, unlike with other fish oils. I also notice clear differences when I skip omega-3. I paused for about three months last year, and my skin became significantly drier. I also experienced unusual breakouts. Upon restarting, my skin noticeably improved in hydration and glow within about a month. I keep the bottle in the fridge and take 2 capsules with breakfast every morning. It also always arrives fresh and sealed, which I appreciate. Nordic Naturals has significantly expanded its line over the years, even offering options for pets, and I consistently recommend them because they’ve been reliable for me in the long term.

I've ordered these multiple times, as well as other variations. Never an after taste, easy to swallow. I just opened this morning's delivery and the pills are melded together. The weather has been mild, and the package didn't sit out in the sun. I can only assume it was a warehouse issue. Either way, this is the first time I've had this happen. I'm fairly certain they shouldn’t be taken when this has happened.

These are my favorite omega capsules and they have continually helped with my health issues and help me to reduce my medication usage. These are easy to swallow, no taste or after taste or burping, easy on the stomach, high quality and have added vitamin d that absorbs well. I recommend these to all my friends and family and this brand is a trusted and reliable source that never disappoints me. The price isn’t the greatest however the benefits I get justify spending this monthly. Highly recommend

I love these omega softgels - not only are they omega 3 but also Vitamin D. A much needed combination in the pacific NW. I had forgotten they were "lemon flavored". Truthfully I don't notice lemon flavoring, but they absolutely DO NOT have any fishy flavor or oily mouth feel. These are excellent and I will buy them again.

I take Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega every day. It is easy to swallow and you don't get a fish flavor if you happen to burp after taking it. This product has kept my Lipid levels in check. My Cholesterol, LDL, HDL and Triglycerides are under control. Plus, my HDL is 100! Great product!
