I've had this for the past 4 months now and I can safely say that it is one of the best bottles I have. It is pure stainless steel with a silicone seal. No plastic or anything else. I've used it for water, tea, and coffee. It's big enough to last me through the whole day. The wide mouth allows me to use tea infusers. Keeps heat well, sometimes overnight if I'm too lazy to make more the next day. Very easy to clean with no nooks or crannies. Even the threads are rounded and smooth. No sharp edges so you can drink straight from the bottle. Seals nice and tight with no leaks. I've heard that you shouldn't put vacuum bottles in the dishwasher because it can loosen the seal cover at the bottom. But I've used the dishwasher multiple times without issue. Though just FYI, you shouldn't put the top in the dishwasher. Water can seep into the top through the handle base. Then it'll leak a bit of dishwater whenever you turn it upside down. Not a big deal when it happens. I've just laid the top on the side to let it drain.

Great water bottle. The double wall keeps my drinks cold through the full 18 holes on the course on a 90 degree day. My single wall water bottle barely made 5 holes before the ice would melt and the drink would be warm even in a cooler.

BEST WATER BOTTLE EVER, FINALLY. I have bought SO many water bottles, returned so many, and had so many malfunction or have their lids break. It seems like each one has different issues. This water bottle has the best design because it's so SIMPLE—and that’s the key with water bottle design, I’ve found. It also has the least plastic parts of any bottle out there. There’s only a small but easy-to-replace seal, and even the design of that is really, really good compared to others that easily collect and grow mold. I’m not sure if the seal is silicone, but I hope so—that would probably be ideal. They even send an extra replacement seal, which is a big deal in case the original one ever gets mold embedded in it (which can happen sometimes no matter how careful you are). That kind of detail just shows they actually thought things through. It’s also so light, even though it has insulation that actually keeps my water cold for 24 hours, easy. That’s a big deal, as most insulation makes bottles significantly heavier. The handle and lid are completely stainless steel, which is a huge deal because plastic lids just aren’t good. I’ve always found the screw-on cap to be the most foolproof, and the seal design is so good it never leaks if you screw it properly. The threads on the bottle are also really well designed—wide and easy to screw on properly. I really just want them to keep making larger sizes of these containers—all the way up to a half gallon, a gallon, even a 5-gallon version for trips. I also hope they innovate with square or rectangular fully stainless steel bottles to take in the car, to prevent them from rolling around and to improve packing efficiency, while keeping their 100% stainless steel ethos down to the carrying arm or handle. Good job with the matte finish on the exterior too—it keeps it from slipping from your hand. I honestly can’t say how grateful I am to have finally found the perfect water bottle... minus the fact that they don’t sell larger sizes for long whole-day hikes or car and camping trips.

I’ve had this for 10 months now. It’s terrific. I took it for arbaeen in Iraq. Survived the 120 degree scorching weather. My water was wonderfully icy cold for over a day. Doesn’t leak. Dishwasher safe- convenient. Hasn’t tarnished. No rust. Clean and durable.

I got the 17oz. insulated bottle. This is a beautifully finished stainless steel bottle that has no paint, texture or any other exterior finish - just the machined stainless steel in its raw form. It holds exactly the same amount as a typical plastic bottle of drinking water. Both the body & cap are stainless steel, even the undersides & threads of the cap. A silicone ring around the cap forms a leak-proof seal. The package includes an extra silicone seal & a light-duty carabiner. The manufacturer claims 24-hours for hot & cold temperature retention. This claim is inaccurate. In actual use with cold water, it stays cold for only about 8 hours. It starts to get noticeably warm beyond that. (I didn’t use it with hot liquids, so I can’t give an opinion on that.) However, I noticed that adding as little as 1/4 ice to the water significantly helped & it actually stayed cold for very close to the claimed 24 hours. I found the bottle & cap are high-quality & seemingly well-made. I read some reviews about it leaking, but I never experienced this. One scenario is that, perhaps, some users mistakenly installed the extra silicone ring with the existing one, therefore causing leakage due to a condition called “double-gasketing”. If you’re looking for a minimalist, “industrial” design water bottle, then I recommend it. Although it stays cold for only up to 8 hours, it’s likely you would have finished most of the 17oz. by that time & would require a refill anyway. You can also easily get around it with a small amount of added ice.

My husband actually found this stainless steel insulated bottle for us. We were trying to get away from plastic water bottles and found it rather hard. We tried glass water bottles from the store and even aluminum water bottles, but both proved to be expensive. This bottle not only fits the bill, but keeps the water cool and, hey, tap water is not all that bad.

It leaks at the cap seal. ( The seal pushes out from the lid) I don't recommend this product.

It’s a great bottle, but the 34oz only holds maybe 20oz… not sure why they lied on the size. My Nalgene holes 32oz and is much bigger.
