I am very well pleased with this Amos 'n' Andy DVD collection. It has brought back fond childhood memories of this lovable comedy that I haven't seen for over 60 years. Of course they don't have the level of the modern video sharpness and audio cleanness as we have on TV now. (We are so spoiled aren't we?) Nevertheless it is quite obvious this has been a labor of love and time and effort and technology to put this out in a product comparable to what we saw years ago with our old analog black and white TV sets. I grew up with black and white TV and really loved the Amos 'n' Andy Show (both on radio and TV). I distinctly remember being deeply saddened when they weren't on anymore. So this old mid western sod buster farmer gives this wonderful old show and the people who have put out this DVD collection two solid big thumbs up. You bet!!

My family really enjoyed the Amos and Andy DVDs. The DVD quality was good. I remember Amos and Andy on the radio and the hilarious comedy of Amos and Andy on TV. The DVDs brought back fond memories. They are priceless.

Excellent quality video considering these TV shows are over 70 years old, and excellent customer service. One of the discs would play in my computer, but not on my DVD player, so I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement the next day that plays just fine both places. Highly recommend this company.

I am really happy I bought this huge disk set! It shipped fast , but what really impressed me was the digital quality. i had bought other episodes several years ago and they don't compare. I figured it must be good if people that actually work in the show worked on this one. Amos and Andy will live on!

I bought this set for my uncle and now I’m buying a set! It arrived on time! It was very very good quality and I 100% recommend purchasing this set. If not for yourself maybe for an elder that would enjoy traveling back in time!

Great show, but poor quality episodes. Complete washed out and no better than what is found on much cheaper sets. For this price, I expected so much more. Did not contain 77 episodes of the TV show as advertised, and is still missing several. There are literally better quality episodes on YouTube.

I love this show . It has great acting, writing and direction , It represents what TV used to be and should still be , great entertainment and fun without all the sex and violence of today’s fair. Sadly because of some feeling the best acting of any TV era believed it showed African Americans in a bad light , it ended much to soon , It deprived us of what could have been so much more wonderful entertainment. One of the leaders of the assault on this show , in reruns anyway, was Bill Cosby . He felt this made the Black Man look bad . As I write this Bill Cosby , who never came even close to being the entertainer these wonderful actors were Is in prison for drugging and raping , mostly white women Watch these shows and decide for yourself who you want as a roll model , actors of the character the stars of Amos N Andy had or a convicted rapest . I feel with the way we are losing our freedoms of speech at alarming rates this will not be posted by Amazon , who is one of the companies who is taking our rights away , our God given and Constitutional Rights .
