Dr KellerTexas Mens Leather Velcro Bar Wide Fit Shoes Black

I know that these are very comfortable as I bought them for my father who preferred them to all his old comfy shoes. I thought I would give them a try too but needed a larger size. Customer reviews say they are wide fitting and I need a wide fit and have slightly higher arches. My feet will not go in these at all as the are tight across the top of the foot, so more suited to people with flatter feet only. They are also not as wide as conventional wide fit shoes. To be fair, they do not claim to be, it was customer reviews that suggested they may be suitable. They are as good as they claim but no more.

I already own a Dr Keller boot slipper, but as my right food is swollen I ordered the wide fit shoe. Thing is with the thick sole comfortable walk and my left foot is perfect however although I can get the shoe on to the right it is snug and in fact presses the small toe. The overall construction/design is such that I have ordered a second pair one size larger. These are good shoes and I recommend them.

I ordered a larger size based on some of the reviews. Shoes are ideal for my elderly father with swollen feet and ankles. Easy to put on with velco strap and comfortable to wear. He wears them with thicker socks on 'good days' but great shoes for the winter.

I now have six pairs of the Dr. Keller wide fit shoes .. All excellent. I suffer badly with Athritic hands and the Velcro fasteners are a godsend.. The shoes themselves are well made and very ver ccomfortable..Would recommend to anyone..

I ordered these in size 9 for my husband after finding the size 8 didn’t fit his swollen feet but they were also too narrow. Shame as they are nice soft leather and good value for money

Nice fit, comfortable to wear and keep out the wet, but the leather top of the shoe marked easily with water and appeared to have a lot of black polish over them that did not clean off easily with the water marks still present even after a heavy cleaning.

Returned despite being described as wide fit ,could not get foot into shoe.

This was my 5th pair of the same shoe, I find them very comfortable & roomy, as they get grubby I get another for daily use & use the old for gardening, I don't see the point in changing style when I've got something that works well.
