Key West

Works perfect was a hit at the party!

I recently used the Margaritaville Key West Frozen Concoction Maker with its Easy Pour glass jar, XL ice reservoir, and four pre-programmed settings—and while it only misses out on 5 stars due to minor quirks, it’s a standout for at-home entertaining: Pros: • Delivers smooth, consistent frozen drinks quickly—takes around 20 seconds for a batch of three margaritas, thanks to its shaving-and-blending mechanism • Large-capacity 90 oz ice hopper can make up to 2.5 pitchers (roughly three drinks) before needing refill • Four pre-programmed settings let you choose 1–3 servings with minimal effort; perfectly portioned cycles do the rest • Dishwasher-safe removable parts simplify cleanup—though you do need to disassemble multiple components • Stylish design with a 36‑oz glass pitcher and easy‑pour spout enhances serving experience Cons: • The unit is large and heavy (around 14–20 lbs), making it challenging to move or store in smaller kitchens • Cleaning involves disassembling multiple parts—though dishwasher-safe, it’s a bit time-consuming • A few reviewers mentioned durability concerns like cracking collars or blade collar issues—though performance is solid for many users, quality control might vary Summary: If you’re hosting parties or love frozen cocktails (or mocktails), this is a superb machine. It’s fast, user-friendly, and delivers excellent slushy texture that really stands out. If you’re short on counter or storage space, or prefer a simpler blender, it might feel bulky—but for dedicated frozen drink duty, this is a top contender. Ready to pour and party—just be prepared for a bit of setup and cleanup.

Ohhh we like this machine it makes Margaritas so easy and delicious

It’s Great. Let’s just say I may be a little tipsy from using it too much today.

Man this beauty is a game changer. Works perfectly. Makes great smoothies too.

This thing makes superb frozen cocktails...too bad some are the parts are poorly designed or just too flimsy. I broke the collar on the blender jar...now it cannot be tightened and leaks fluid out of the bottom. UPDATE: Not long after posting a disappointing review, I finally got in touch with customer service and they sent me a brand new unit....have used it a lot...and I love it....makes absolutely excellent frozen cocktails....makes frappuccinos as good as Starbucks and my kids love Hawaiian Shave Ice....which are also pretty good with a shot of rum down the middle...I have had no more trouble with this machine....it's easy to use and easy to clean....Love it.....just be careful with the ring on the bottom of the pitcher.... Would be a simple fix, if Margaritaville provided any customer service at all. But they don't. It is shameful for an item expensive as this to be intended to be disposable because of lack of customer support. It seems impossible that these can be so highly rated given the complete absence of customer service.

Quality machine and simple to use.

This machine is absolutely perfect!!!! Any kind of frozen drink is possible. It’s even great for kids shaved ice drinks

Shaves ice quickly and professionally! The shaved ice is smooth, not crunchy and rocky. There is a margarita drink recipe in the directions and of course you can make anything you want - daiquiris, different flavoured drinks, pubs coladas etc. the machine shaves the appropriate amount for the recipe and then automatically blends for the appropriate time and then stops when finished. Very good quality

I generally do not write product reviews. The product needs to be really horrible or really amazing in order for me to be moved to write a review. The Margaritaville drink mixer falls in the latter of the two categories. This little “frozen heaven delivery system” is way beyond my expectations. Extremely well made and of really good quality. It cranks out frozen drinks at high speed and is only limited by your imagination. Our Margaritaville arrived on a Thursday and we used it through the weekend mixing up our first batch of rum and golden pear creamsicles at 11:00 am Sunday morning…. As someone very famous recently said “Isn’t Happy Hour Anytime?” Do not hesitate to spend the money on this amazing machine.

Works great . Croud pleaser
