What size is the Big Roller?

It's a nice size roller. The problem I found with the product was once you got the plastic lid off it might not go back on or after a few refills would not come off. Also while filling you don't have a whole lot of time to get the lid on before the paint starts to leak out the other end. I Would not get this product again.

Will this work for cool sealing a mobile home?

I don't think this type of roller is adequate to cool seal a mobile home roof. I find that a few inexpensive rollers on a long handle works well and they are disposable. This roller works well with wall paint and can be cleaned out after use.

Does it have a Replacement roller

Only 1 roller (1PC). For multiple uses, the microfiber roller is washable and reusable (must wash right after use).
