I believe what many people are experiencing is the Niacin Flush that occurs after ingesting high doses of Niacin (vitamin B3). This is a known reaction that is perfectly harmless caused by the Niacin expanding your veins thus allowing more blood to flow. Verify this yourself and google Niacin flush. I was not aware of this the first time I took a capsule and I to thought I was having a reaction. Over time the reaction is minimized and taking the capsule with food can make it completely unnoticeable. However, I will say the reaction has given me complete confidence that the ingredients on the label are what is in the capsules. The vitamins in this capsule are different than what you find in most of the alternatives. These are all highly useable by our bodies meaning our bodies don't have to break them down further to absorb them hence why these cost more.
