This stuff works like a charm. It took my waterproof mascara off without scrubbing, two swipes and it was gone. It was very gentle on my eyes and left my skin soft with no oily feeling. The size of the bottle and the effectiveness means it will last a very long time. It was inexpensive but because it’s Neutrogena I knew it was quality.

This makeup remover works great. I use it for eye makeup and it is not oily but easily removes mascara, eyeliner and eye shadow with ease, no rubbing just a simple swipe. I’m sensitive to smells and this has no scent at all.

Just a tip before getting into the pros/cons: you will want to have cotton balls, cotton rounds, or something similar on hand to apply this to. I've been using this for years and toilet paper of any kind has always fallen apart, piling and leaving little bits of TP residue behind. Pros: - Works well. A small amount takes off all of my makeup, though it does struggle a little with some extremely waterproof Japanese mascara. A little extra is still able to remove that. - Uses silcones rather than oil, so if you're prone to acne, it should not cause any comedogenic reactions. - Inexpensive. From those I have seen and priced, this is quite a bit cheaper than using pre-soaked makeup remover wipes. You also don't have to worry about it drying out, unlike the wipes. - A little bit goes a pretty long way. I use this about four times per week and a bottle lasts about two months. Cons: - Can have a greasy afterfeel from the silicones. Even if you spread this out, it feels unpleasantly greasy and takes upwards of 5 minutes to sink in. Instead, I often follow it with a chemical exfoliant like mild Stridex (.05% salicylic acid). It's a nice addition to my skincare routine and cuts that unpleasant greasiness.

This my favorite eye makeup remover. Pretty sure it's the same formula as the old Clean and Clear one that I used for years. It's gentle on my sensitive eyes and never burns. Leaves a little bit of an oily feeling, but it's moisturizing rather than greasy. You gotta shake it up a little bit before using it, but this stuff works great for getting off waterproof formulas. Just put some on a cotton round and hold the pad down on your eyelid for a little bit before wiping off. It's also worked really well for removing long-wear lipstick!

i enjoyed this product alot, granted i only received it yesterday. However, it easily removed my eye makeup (i wear alot of mascara) very easily, its non-greasy and it has no scent, which is a plus for me.

These stuff gets waterproof mascara and eyeliner off. No problems.. It can be a little greasy because it is oil based , but as a first cleanse it is perfect. I use it on my eyes and then follow up with a foaming face wash in the shower. All traces gone.
