Love love love this alternative to soda. I used to have a fiction for drinking a lot of soda, but this is definitely curved it and definitely no guilt when I drink it as well. Good little kick of caffeine nothing overwhelming.

Perfect substitute for Diet Mt Dew

The best flavor of Zevia soda I've tried, hands down. I know this is called "Mountain Zevia", but these do not taste like Mountain Dew. They are a very nice citrus flavor, but it's more of a lemon/lime flavor than the orange flavor that Mountain Dew has. I actually like the flavor of this better than Mountain Dew, and I think it's a much healthier choice. The really cool thing about ordering these from Amazon is the packaging. It's downright impressive the way they have these things packed. I've bought cases of this stuff from local health food stores, and I still do when I'm there. But the packaging when ordering from Amazon (I'm sure Zevia designed it) is a box that folds in on itself to protect the cans. It's hard to describe, but it's really cool how they did it.

I haven't tried all the Zevia flavors yet but I'm working my way through the line up to see which I like best. This Mountain Zevia is one of the best Zevia flavors I've tried. It seems to have less stevia after taste than some of the other varieties I've tried such as the cola flavors. It's good enough that I would rate it equal to my former favorite Ginger Root Beer flavor. My favorite thing about Zevia sodas is that they are a great choice for someone avoiding sugar due to type 2 diabetes or who are just watching their weight. Someone who is looking for something that tastes exactly like Mountain Dew will be a little disappointed in Mountain Zevia. It's a similar flavor but they didn't nail it exactly. It's a bit more citrusy like Mello Yellow or halfway between Mountain Dew and Sprite. That was ok with me though as I prefer Mellow Yellow or Sprite over Mountain Dew anyway. It is, however, a very good Zevia variety. This is one of the four Zevia sodas that contain caffeine. It's reported to have 55mg per 12 oz serving which is the highest of the bunch and on par with actual Mountain Dew. That is a plus for me since I would often get a Pepsi, Dr Pepper, or Mountain Dew when I wanted a caffeine "pick me up". Like the other Zevia sodas this is clear and has no color. I really like this Mountain Zevia and I'm glad I took a chance on buying the whole 24 can case of it. That's the only way I could get it at a reasonable cost right now. The prices of Zevia soda really fluctuates a lot and some flavors frequently are temporarily sold out. I have a 12 flavor variety pack on order and can't wait to try the rest of the flavors I haven't yet had the opportunity to test.

Most refreshing soda with stevia only. No after taste! I highly recommend this to all!

The "new taste" of the Mountain Zevia is not good. It has almost a chemical after taste that is just awful. I made the switch to drinking exclusively Zevia for my soda consumption a couple of years ago, but unless they change back to their old formula, I will have to find something different. Why would they change it?!

I like the original Mountain Zevia sold in stores. ( The Original mountain Zevia has illustration of bubbles on can, not all solid colors). Then I Bought Mountain Zevia from Amazon. It came in the the new cans, and I know Zevia updated the look of their cans). This Mountain Zevia in the new cans from Amazon tasted fruitier, and seemed to have MUCH less caffeine than the old formula, bough in the stores.. Don’t know if this change is due to a new Zevia formula, or some kind of Amazon Zevia formula. I actually called Zevia to ask, but they haven’t called back yet…. The old formula in the can with bubbles on it gave me a nice caffeine buzz immediately. The new formula gave me almost no caffeine buzz at all—and I could even drink several cans right before bed... Just to check, I bought another pack of the old mountain zevia, in the can with bubbles on it, in the store. And immediately I felt the caffeine buzz that the Amazon mountain Zevia in the new can was missing…

Great flavor and a good alternative for mtn dew if you're trying to cut calories or cut out sugars. It seems like a healthy alternative to corn syrup sodas. No artificial colors and not too carbonated.
