Everything arrived shown in ad. Only issue I have found is the tuner doesn't work. Powers on and flashes then turns itself off. Great guitar for beginners of any age. If only the tuner worked it would be perfect.Update: Best Choice Products made everything right with me. I contacted them about the tuner not being functional and they contacted me back right away snd made things right. I will say they stand behind thier product and value thier customers.

Awesome guitar, plays well.

For those of you who know and those of you who don't, setting intonation on an acoustic guitar is difficult to say the least. This guitar's intonation was to be kind, bad. The saddle piece was far too tall so I sanded it down a bit which improved the intonation but was not close to enough. I had to heat the bridge with a heat gun remove it and place it in the proper position. If you know how to do that, these guitars are great all day long, and twice on Sunday. I did not know how to do it, had to learn, and made kind of a mess of the paint in that area. (Fortunately I'm not the kind of guy who cares about that) The tone of the guitar is great whether plugged or unplugged. I was going to remove a star for not using a strap button jack, but for $70, I'm not going to complain about that. The electronics feel really cheap, but they function well, even the equalizer. If BCP were to learn how to properly intonate an acoustic guitar, even the very poorly cut nut wouldn't have made me give it any less than a 5 star review.

I've read the bad reviews on here and almost sent the guitar back. I decided to give it a chance. I've been playing guitar for 16 years and I've had my fair share of mishaps. First of all, to the people tuning the guitar immediately and having it not hold a tune, that is because you have to allow your strings to slowly stretch to the correct tension of the guitar. Do not over tune too quickly or you will have your bridge pull up and eventually your guitar will end up exploding into multiple pieces. Another good tip is to try to keep your guitar in a somewhat stable, warm room and don't change the temperature often. One more thing, please read the instruction manual if you are new to using an instrument, they're made to help you so you don't end up with broken equipment.
