Does it fill cracks in shower trays

Hi Gregg,It depends if your shower tray is a 'GRP' (fibreglass) or plastic one. If you can feel or see the 'underside' and it is very rough, then its GRP and yes Gelcoat filler will work but on plastic it might work but try it in some unseen place first. There is probably something better for plastic.

How do you use it? There are no instructions

Squeeze out equal lengths of Gelcoat Filler and hardener(small tube). Mix together well for at least 2 minutes.IMPORTANT good mixing is critical.Hardening will commence in approx 10 minutes at room temperature. I have only used Gelcoat for surface scratches and cracks on a caravan.Mix a small amount only 4 or 5 cms at aTime allow to harden before using more if needed about an hour later. It sands down easily with wet and dry fine emery paper to a smooth finish.There should be full instructions and photos of use in the Gelcoat box with the tubes.

Gelcoat Filler is excellent for filling any crack in glass fiber. However, spider cracks should be widened by hand, with the tip of a 1mm drill bit. Afterwards,the filled area is polished with 2000 grit wet sandpaper and finally, with polishing compound.

Could I fill a chip in the white border around an iPhone screen with this stuff?

I use it for fiberglass and it sets like cement. It is made by plastic padding so I assume you are ok but I'd try it on a bit of plastic first to be safe but don't get ANY on the screen. Hope you find this helpful.
