Review: Great value in these inflation times - During these times of produce shortages and inflation, my local supermarket charges five dollars for baby spinach. Also, the spinach seems to start to rot after only a few days. I am doing a green juice fast and use up a lot of greens. This product will keep you going when you can't find reasonably priced fresh greens. The flavor is not as good as fresh; however, I only use half a teaspoon of this with half a teaspoon of the kale from the same company. The combo takes away some of the strong smell and taste. Make sure you use just enough hot water (about 1/4 to 1/2 cup) to dissolve and let it cool. If you do that with your cup of coffee in the morning, let it cool, and put it in the fridge it will be ready for a juicing session in a few hours. If you mix celery, cucumber, green apple, ginger, and lemon juice with it the taste is mild. ## Features - Sustainably US Grown Spinach Powder Organic, 1 Pound, Freeze Dried from Whole Leaf, Non-GMO and Vegan Friendly. - Rich in Immune Vitamins (Vitamin B2, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C and Vitamin D), Minerals (Magnesium, Copper, Potassium, Calcium, Iron, Manganese and Zinc Vitamin), Omega 3, Fatty acids (EFAs), Protein, Flavonoids, Fibers, Phytosterols, Enzymes and Antioxidants. - No GMOs, No Soy, No Irradiation, No Additives, No Preservatives, No Artificial Colors and Gluten Free. - Scoop included to get the perfect measurement every time.
