These wrist wraps are high-quality and offer amazing support during my workouts. They keep my wrists stable and secure, especially when I’m benching or doing curls. The wraps come in a pretty nice back with a resealable top, pretty convenient for storage. Lifting straps: actuallu pretty comfortable and are solid construction. Used them twice already for some heavy back and shoulder days and didn't get any bruises, the padding is effective. Wrist wraps: these are mediocre quality. Lifted with them once and the thumb elastic stitches are already pulling out. It's an easy fix with a needle and thread but I really don't think I should have to do that on the first time. Overall: buy this if you need the lifting wraps they're quality. Don't buy them if you need the wrist wraps there are better cheaper options

Been lifting with these wraps for almost 3 months and I've been very pleased so far. Started using them to lift for a sore wrist and continued after recovery. You can easily snug them up before each set or leave them snug for the entire workout. Either way, I've had almost no slippage once they're snugged up adequately. They also have a pretty nice look and are holding up very well so far with no apparent signs of wear. Also, priced very competitively with similar products on the market. Highly recommend !!

item as described, arrived quickly, nice quality item, comfortable, great design, gives your wrist stability especialy for those of us who have previous wrist pain and injuries. my wrist felt supported and I was able to complete my work outs.

Excellent wraps

Pros - I like the elasticity of the wraps, the width is very good, and they provide solid, nicely adjustable support. Con - The design issue may not matter as much to others, but it is worth two fewer stars to me. The securing Velcro closure strap is just a flat strip, with one end (of course) attached, but the other end is just cut. There is no tab or sewn folded end that you can pull. The Velcro strap, as it is currently designed can be difficult to grip when removing or readjusting the straps. You have to dig your fingers between the two Velcro pieces to loosen the straps. You could compensate by purposely moving the strap to one side or the other so it's easier to remove, but if you move the strap towards your elbow, if your arms or hands are bare, the hooks of the Velcro will dig into/irritate them. So, you have two options, put the straps on as intended and fight with the Velcro when removing them, or secure them off center so you have something to grab onto when removing them. Note: They do work with my lifting gloves, but you have to put these on first with the wraps of your gloves secured over them. Since my lifting glove wrist straps aren't as wide as these, the difference makes the wider straps uncomfortably dig into your wrists.

As someone that has incredibly skinny wrists these wraps are by far the best support that I have ever used. They help take stress from my wrists and the underside of my forearms where I was experiencing pain while doing weights. They make my wrists and arms fell completely solid, so much so I use these whilst playing American Football for support rather than tapping my wrists. I do however have absolutely no idea what the other little bits are for?

Ergonomics are well maintained, designed and fittings are way better
