Wonderful product for many recipes. I gave a bag to my friend who is from Africa and she really appreciated the semolina flour since she uses it often. The price was a little higher than I think it should be but I do like the quality of the product.

I ordered this to make Scottish shortbread, and it turned out very well. Nice crunch to the shortbread, and the product was easy to work with.

UPDATE: The company contacted me and offered a full refund. Bag was ripped open and got all over everything. No replacement no refund. That’s ok. I can throw $10.00 away. It should be replaced.
