I bought these prenatal vitamins because they have an excellent amount of all the basics, plus more. I wanted one that had higher levels of vit D, and didn't have all the extra crap like sugar and dyes. They do have that vitamin smell, but no taste after taking them. They are easy to swallow and do not upset my stomach. I am 8 months postpartum and wish I would have found these sooner.

I've been taking this prenatal for about 7 years since I first heard about this company on the Birth Hour Podcast. I've had two healthy pregnancies and honestly have no complaints about this product. I love that they have folate instead of folic acid, as I know that can be problematic for some women. And they are small and have no bad taste, which helps in the throes of morning sickness. Highly recommend.

I’ve been purchasing this for my wife for a while now, during her pregnancies and breastfeeding and in between. The vitamins have helped with the pitting in her nails from pregnancy and breastfeeding. My wife really likes these vitamins and are easy to take daily and it’s a great price. We have it on a subscription to save a little bit of money and to never run out. These are also non gmo, made in the USA and certified OU kosher, which is difficult to find and glad we found these. Highly recommend these.

It was so hard trying to find the perfect vitamin for me. I have a specific diet that limits certain popular ingredient commonly found in vitamins. I follow a kosher diet that excludes pork derived ingredients that I have found so often in various vitamins. So when I found these I was so excited to try them. There were so many and I only had to take 1 a day. That means I get a whole two month supply for such a bargain. These didn't cause me to break out which was something that I feared while pregnant. After giving birth I still use these on a daily basis. Its a great supplement that should be more widely known. I looked for others within my price range but the vegan alternatives were so expensive. Since I follow a kosher diet this was exactly what I needed. All of the ingredients look clean and I don't have to worry about unnecessary additives. I will definitely continue to buy these until I stop breastfeeding.

If you’re looking for a prenatal supplement that’s vegetarian friendly and Kosher, I highly recommend this product! The capsule size isn’t overwhelmingly big and it’s easy to swallow. No bad smell and no after taste!

Excellent prenatal vitamins! Most vitamins are capsules that are made of gelatin (animal fat) that Muslim people can’t have if they strictly want to follow halal dietary guidelines! I found these online and they don’t have any gelatin! Worked out great for both of my pregnancies! I’ve used them a whole year after pregnancy as well to help with breastmilk production and it was helpful! They also don’t have an overwhelming smell that a lot of vitamins have! Highly recommend for all women, even for regular use.

Great prenatal supplement option! Take only 1 per day, easy-to-swallow veg capsule, and no smell which is important when pregnant! Good value for money when you shop kosher. Would buy again!
