Accounting Principles - Standalone book

I rented the book from Amazon for the online semester, so there was no access code to WileyPlus and I had to purchase it separately. Frankly I didn't even need the textbook, WileyPlus has the whole book online. I've barely touched the book since Chapter 3.This textbook is, well, a textbook. It's dull, dry and challenging to absorb many of the lessons. I find most of the examples confusing and unclear, so I just do a Google search for the principle being taught, then go back to WileyPlus to do a review, work practice problems and do my homework. I was struggling in class at first, but now that I've adopted this method I'm doing much better! Next semester, I will be using the same book for Accounting Principles II, but I will not extend the rental.

I have purchased several into accounting textbooks just for fun, and this one is my favorite. They topics are so well presented and logically explained. Very simple and not hard to follow ever. I highly recommend this over any other on the market. I cant speak for anything written after 2016.

This textbook is well put together and gives the information to the student in a clear way. As I am learning this subject in college, this book has made it easier and more efficient to learn accounting. Not only is the book fantastic, but the online version is very useful as well. It gives an excellent summary of the chaos that highlights and bolds the important information needed to apply this to my daily life. I would recommend this book to any student in school or any individual that is looking to increase their knowledge in the business and financing area!

"New" book but it didn't include the access code.

The cover of the book that I received doesnot match what I saw when I ordered it. The cover of the book shows “international student version”，and the ISB number isn't the one showed in produce information. Fortunately，most of the content looks the same as original book. But if I knew it isn't exactly the book I want，I won't buy it.

I bought this product used, it came in time, and I'm an Accounting major so I get to use this for more than just one class, which is really nice. I personally like having hard-cover copies of my textbooks, so this was a good buy for me.

My class required the newest version of this book (8th edition), but it’s exactly the same with extremely minor details. I ordered this edition by mistake but once I showed my professor he said it was the same as the new version.

This textbook is so elementary, if you have zero experience in accounting you will be able to pick it up in no time with this book. I have never experienced a textbook that was so good.

Te WileyPlus code doesn't work. The book was in a perfect condition.
