Westmark 60602260 Double Sided Vegetable Peeler

Can't imagine being without the double-sided peeler. Works great on carrots, parsnips, asparagus, etc. Gets the job done in less than half the time!

Works better than expected. Removed the outer "bark" from thick asparagus spears while leaving the inner part intact. Easily worth the price.

Purchased one of these while in Europe last month. Now that I have had a chance to use it, I should have bought one for everyone I know! Wish it was on Amazon US so I wouldn’t have to pay shipping from Amazon UK.

The product actually shipped is only the upper item, not both, so the picture is pretty misleading. Also the description of the product isn't for either item but some sort of food processor which adds to the confusion. It does work well for peeling long vegetables without cutting too deep, however.

Amazing, I used it to peel green beans. I used to consider this a very time-consuming task: this tool cut the time by more than half. It was also much easier on my hands and joints, the blades cut so well that I hardly had to apply any pressure. I will buy a couple more for friends.

Pratique et extrêmement efficace pour peler non seulement les asperges mais aussi les carottes etc. Réel gain de temps et efficacité. A noter que la pression détermine l’épaisseur de l’épluchure.

Finalmente uno strumento che mi risparmia molto tempo e mi permette di non rompere gli asparagi durante la pelatura, anche quelli più sottili vengono bene, basta stare attenti a ruotarli con cura. Lo consiglio.
