Lovely bag as pictured, really good quality, zip a little fiddly but this is because it has a rain flap that covers it.

Faulty zip

The bag looks lovely and a nice size for daughters school bag but we have had a lot if bother with the zip it keeps breaking on one side. We bought it for going back to school in the summer and can no longer use it. Very disappointed
