Vast improvement over comparible products.
I previously used muc off wet lube.. switched to finish line wet lube. This product is miles better. I considered chain waxing however waxing doesn't work well in wet conditions and this product does. I live in a really rainy city, thus my chain and drivetrain picks up a lot of dirt off the road. It's takes a lot of abuse. Pros - No build up of black paste from road dirt. - Works well in wet conditions. - Easy to apply. - Dries quickly. Cons - really needs a good shake to mix up the contents. Mine even required a stir due to a build up at the top of the bottle. - Could be due to the cold but due to the build up mentioned above even after mixing and shaking for 10-15 mins when first applying gushed out due to the buildup requiring cleanup. However once I sorted this the product works incredibly well. I wouldn't avoid due to this. Maybe I should try warming this. - Would love further instructions on the website rather than "apply to all areas of chain". I understand covering the links is key however it's suggested you degrease the chain before, which I did.. so I'm not sure if I should be coating the outside of the chain too.

So far so good, we shall see in time.
Update OK, so bought in July and its just ran out. Chain is still ok, used a chain wear indicator and its dropping into the 0.75% wear. Think ive done about 700 miles on the chain so not sure if that good or bad. Seeing as a new chain is about £15 anyway. Would I recommend it now, not sure..... Update. Increased to 5 stars. Ran chain for 45 miles, then wiped clean and reapplied, then ran for another 40 miles. Chain is definitely quieter. Shifting doesn't seem affected, either for the better or worse. Hardly any dust/dirt on chain, although their is a residue, but a lot less than from oil. So far its been not been out in the rain, so can't comment on that. I've applied it now three times. Not sure how many applications are in the bottle, would guess about 30. So i'm going to leave it for about 200 miles and see what happens. Overall I would recommend it over oil, but it is a little bit more effort to use. But it does what is required, and if it increases the life of the chain its worth it. ------------------------------------- Bottle is half full, but there's a reason for this if you read the review. They really should put a note of that on the packaging, to stop people complaining and to explain the reason. OK my new chain that had been ridden for about 40 miles, so only had factory grease on it. Cleaned the chain, and decreased with white spirit, then cleaned with muc-off, rinsed and left to dry in sun for a few hours. Applied the lube, its a bit messy, but just put a few rags on your bike and you will be ok. Waiting 5 mins and it still felt slightly wet, and tacky. Left another 5 mins and then cleaned off excess with a rag. Went out on 45 miles ride, and it seemed quieter, but cant be sure. Shifting was ok. Checked chain when I got in and hardly any dust on it. Some grease residue, but that was probably because I could decrease it fully. If you look on the facebook page it does say to reapply for the first few rides to draw out the old oil and grease. Then you should only need to apply about 150-200 miles. Again why is this info not in the packaging.... So gave the chain a good wipe and re-applied the lube. Waited for 10mins and wiped down. Still felt slightly tacky, but will see on next ride. So for now i'm giving it 3 stars, this may go up or down depending on how it progresses.

Misunderstood!
After reading the reviews some good some bad. In short this is by far the best chain lube I’ve used and I think I will ever use. I’m not paid by tru tension or sponsored. Reviews stating that the lube is too thick simply haven’t shaken the bottle enough (you need to shake it a lot) applying to a clean degreased chain, after shaking for a while I simply put it on like any other lube less messy than any other lube because it doesn’t drip! After 5 minute the lube sort of changed it’s state to a more waxy texture (no oil marks when dragging your finger across the chain) My drivetrain is way quieter, attracts no dirt as it just doesn’t stick (even in the wet when going over dirt and puddles) Smooth as butter and doesn’t wash off in the rain! Overall I would recommend to any cyclist who doesn’t want to deal with the fuss of different lubes for different weathers and doesn’t want any mess! As well as smooth shifting and what seems like less friction!

Maybe I over applied it…
Maybe I over applied it, but this stuff really gummed up my chain and derailleur cogs. It then took ages to clean off, and degrease. I wouldn’t use again.

Excellent but use it correctly.
I have been using this for several years and it’s been very effective. They changed the nozzle from a straight through one to having holes at the side, presumably to keep it from clogging while not in use. I kept an old nozzle but I store the tube nozzle down, which stops the clogging in the tip. You must shake well before use. Never had any rusting of the chain, even though I don’t lube it as frequently as nearly everyone else. It keeps working even when the chain looks bare. Test by touching the rollers and feel the wax.

Easy to apply, long lasting and silent.
This wax is nice and easy to use, applies like oil and dries in 10mins. I find I top up every 50km for the first 100km and then every 100km afterwards. It's easy to apply mid ride, just apply before going into a cafe etc. I don't use this bike in the wet so I can't comment on how it lasts then. When the bike is on a trainer the chain is nearly silent with wax, which is an excellent benefit.

Very nice lube. Yes, the bottle is ⅔ the height of the box and yes it's 'half' empty, but it clearly says 50ml, and the bottle with lube weighs 68g; I'm happy to believe the bottle itself weighs ~15-20g so it's not like they're ripping you off - that suggests 50ml of actual lube inside the bottle, which IS what I'm paying for; it's just like buying chips that ship air to protect themselves - I expect this is a purposefully larger bottle than needs be to stand out in a retail environment. The lube works well, and the larger-than-it-needs-to-be bottle is easier for me to find in my garage than other fit-to-size ones have been.

It is hard to find empirical measurements for the effectiveness of various lubricants, and the right answer will vary depending on the sort of riding you do. I first bought the BananaSlip because of a review that simulated terrible conditions in a controlled environment, and this product did well. I am not a high-performance rider. I am a commuter first, but recently got myself a fancy bike, because, well, there was no commuting for a while. But I keep a chain log, and track chain wear carefully. On my commuter bike I appreciate the durability of this product. I actually like riding in the rain, and here is a lubricant that lasts. On my other bike, I am amazed at how great a freshly-lubed chain feels. The carbon-fiber frame is very communicative and the pure silence of the drive train brings me joy on every stroke of the pedals. Maybe you know that feeling. It's likely that I'm delivering more power as well, but I have no proof of that. And the chain log: I'm getting (a bit) more distance out of each chain. The data set is small, and the difference is not dramatic, but fancy bikes use fancy chains and anything I can do to stretch the life of one of those is worth the expense.
