## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do you know if natural water process, the same as the swiss water process for decaffeinating the coffee?**
A: Hi, my name is Sarah from San Francisco Bay Coffee. We use only the water process to decaffeinate our beans. The water process uses water from the pristine environment off of the coast mountains of British Columbia, Canada to gently remove the caffeine until the coffee beans are 99.9% caffeine-free. This method is 100% chemical free. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to contact us at service@sfbcoffee.com.

**Q: How do get kcup adapter?**
A: No sure what you're asking--you won't need a kcup adapter to use this product. If you're asking how to get a kcup adapter--you can order one on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0737B6HGR/ref=asc_df_B0737B6HGR5377921/?tag=hyprod-20&creative=394997&creativeASIN=B0737B6HGR&linkCode=df0&hvadid=198070682048&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=3454724309979817120&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9008135&hvtargid=pla-378421655036

**Q: How much caffeine per pod/ cup of this coffee?**
A: Hello,

An 8 ounce cup of decaffeinated coffee has 2 – 5 mg of caffeine. We guarantee that at least 98% of the caffeine content has been removed.

**Q: Do these fit in the latest Keurig maker? I believe it’s called the Elite.**
A: Hello,

Our OneCup pods fit most Keurig brewers, if you are able to use a standard Kcup pod then our OneCup pods should work just fine.
