Glory Silver Plated Euphonium/Baritone Mouthpiece Silver 61/2

I recommend this mouthpiece with zero reservations. I use this on a small bore tenor trombone and it works great. I had a genuine Bach 6 1/2 AL that went missing so I rolled the dice on this mp, and couldn't be happier. As far as I can tell without a side by side comparison, this is a perfect copy. Heck, even Bach has enough variation in their own production that this would fit right in with their lineup.

Save yourself some money and order this! My son started band and the mouthpiece was going to cost $100 at the music stores. I couldn't afford that so I got on Amazon and started looking and found this. It works great and teacher approves!! Saved a ton of money!!

If you’re on a budget this piece will be the go too. My son plays in the band and has no problem with his mouthpiece. It fits well into his baritone. It’s durable. It’s sounds good too. Now, he is a first time player so I don’t know about other pieces. But I do know he’s able to play his instrument comfortably.

decent for budget and got me through my marching season

I did a lot of research into mouthpieces for my son (beginning baritone horn) to practice with at home. There are multiple options for size, depth, etc. Once we found the right fit for him, it came down to this one and another much more expensive one. This is high quality, and isn't measurably different than a third, more expensive one he uses at school. It would be an excellent choice even for intermediate or experienced musicians.

It was a great mouthpiece just did not fit my son mellophone properly. The mouthpiece slid all the way into horn.
