How long can I keep it? When it started to have crystallized white show up on the figs, can I still eat it?

I ordered a dozen of these. They started crystalizing on me after about 6 months, before I finished the box. At first I thought it was mold, but then decided it must by a form of sugar. So far I have eaten 3 such packages, and didn't get sick. :) But they don't taste as good as they used to, and they're harder. Some of the figs turned black; I decided not to eat those.

Are they certified gluten free? What other products are processed in the same facility?

I'm unaware of a gluten free certification for this product tho figs are generally free of gluten unless some has been added in the production process. That is highly unlikely for naturally dried figs. Enjoy with a gluten free conscience!
