Best block printing ink there is! Don't waste your time or money on Speedball, this ink is way better.

I chose this brand because I might want to add water color to my lino prints and it is water proof once dried, but easy to clean up when wet--a win-win solution I did not think possible! I also found that this brand of inks is worth the price in that it prints small details much better than some of the gateway inks I purchased as a beginner. There is a decent range of colors including metallics and the tube size is decent.

I’m new to block printing. I kept seeing this brand mentioned on artists websites and tutorials but was hesitant to spend the extra money since I’m new to the hobby. I worked with Speedball water-based ink for a couple months but needed something oil based for a project I wanted to add watercolor to. I bought the Cranfield and it is so much better than Speedball! The consistency and tack is way better, the coverage too. Definitely worth the extra money. And clean up is easy too. This will be my go to brand from here on out.
