My girls are both competitive gymnasts and their coach recommended a floor bar while working out at home for upper body strength and body positioning for certain skills. The product is well made and sturdy. Came with very clear directions for assembly (which is minimal). Shipped very quickly and received in excellent condition!Would 100% recommend the product!
