Q: how long before you see results?

If you use your exerciser twice a day you will start to see results in about two weeks. I use my rope once I get up and I do 400 reps and I do another 400 reps before dinner. Try to slowly increase your reps to 800 and your results will be doubled. I worked out with the original Joe Weider Rope and I wore out two ropes. This is the best exercise product ever made because you can take it everywhere and it is not bulky and you'll never miss out on your workout routine. I always have atleast three extra ropes because I don't want to be without one and I always wear mine out. It works stomach, legs, thighs, arms and builds endurance. Q: Is it good for butt exercise

I have only been using it for a short period I can not really say,but I think it would help as you are moving your legs up and down. an leaflet on how to use it comes with it.

Q: Does this come with the instruction workout book ?

Just a workout sheet.....it's merely suggestions because it's a very simple exerciser.
