ASURION 4 Year Office Equipment Protection Plan ($600 - $699.99)

I struggled as my product began to fail because it involved a bit to remove it (GPU) from the PC, but it eventually failed, leaving me no choice but to file a claim with Asurion. It took me a few weeks to resolve everything, but it was worth the money I paid in previous years. Item is now replaced, and I am rocking it! Products just aren't what they used to be, so set a dollar amount for purchases you may need to protect, and purchase them when available.

I am SO HAPPY that I bought the Asurion insurance policy for my Epson ET8500 printer. It was EASY TO CONTACT the Asurion team when my printer quit working. I was given a free shipping label to send the printer in for repair. When it was determined that the printer could not be repaired, I received a FULL REFUND for the printer. I bought a replacement printer and immediately purchased Asurion again. I highly recommend it!

Asurion service on my EPSON printer was very good. The problem was resolved quickly, and my machine was returned and works like new.

We purchased the warranty for a printer. It began to print blotches of ink on all pages despite changing the toner cartridge several times. We shipped it to Asurion to repair the print quality. The printer was returned and still prints big blotches of ink, and the clips that hold the front paper tray were broken so that the paper tray just hangs open all the time. These clips were not broken when we shipped it to Asurion. The warranty was a waste of money and a waste of our time in shipping the printer to them.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy G7 monitor and because of the price, I also bought an Asurion protection plan. I was a little squeamish about it, because I was afraid I'd get excuses and misdirection if I ever had to make a claim, but again, because of the price of the monitor I made the Asurion purchase. As it turned out, I was VERY glad that I did so. The monitor started to lose several hundred LEDs after only a 18 months or so of use, so I initiated a claim. No runaround, no misdirection. Just professional and concerned service. I did have to pay to send the monitor to Asurion, but they "totaled" it, and paid me in full for the monitor. I am very happy with the service and will buy this plan again if circumstances warrant it.

Quick and efficient return, repair assessment, and ultimately issued reimbursement: 1. Very easy to access eligibility (a purchase almost 4 years ago), with immediate ability to start a claim. 2. Immediate issuance of return label for free shipping of device. 3. Immediately upon registry at drop off location confirmation of such, and expected delivery date at repair facility. 4. Early the day of delivery, notification sent confirming receipt of delivery and expected timeline of repair assessment. 5. Upon determination that it was not possible to repair, completed quicker than the previously provided timeline, immediate issuance of reimbursement by way of an Amazon gift card. Overall, very impressed by the simplicity and efficiency of the process, and quick resolution of the claim. Immediately added this insurance to my new purchase of replacement device.

We all buy various types of insurance to protect what is important to us. Warranty coverage creates a sense of security in the event that something goes wrong. How do you rate the product within 30 days of buying the warranty if nothing has gone wrong? The jury is still out on the warranty protection.

Asurion reimbursed to me the full price of my printer which had become unfixable. I appreciate their honesty, help and the ease to work with them. My new printer already has the Asurion plan! I do heartily recommend this protection plan.
