No water comes out of the shower head.
It did not come.packaged as shown. There was one small set of directions that had pictures but it wasn't super easy to follow. I do like.that when you plug.in the battery to charge the light is red and it turns blue when it's fully charged. The shower head does not work. Barely any water comes.out, but if I take off the shower head it has a lot.of water pressure and the water comes out of the hose really fast. I really like that you can charge it from usb or from a car lighter. Other models I looked at didn't have both options. I'm going to try to replace the shower head, but may end up returning this item.

Great Portable Shower
We bought this to take showers using water from a 5 gallon bucket. It works amazing!! We warm the water, put the pump part into it and hang the head, or hold it. It comes with a USB charger and a wall charger. We have used it MANY times and recharged it 2X. The battery never died, we only charged it "just in case". We would definitely buy again!

Leaking after less than 5 uses
I bought this for camping, but got it late in the season so it's been used primarily to wash dogs. I've only used it MAYBE 5 times and it's leaking from the handle. It was stored dry and carefully wrapped up, not dropped. I'll be taking it apart and trying to fix it myself with who knows what.Charges and holds a charge well, had great lift for such a small pump, but the leaking is hugely disappointing.

As I needed it to be
Awesome 👍 hot water tank went out so this was an quick temporary source. We heat water on the stove and adjust the temp in the bucket by mixing hot and cold water and this works really well. The on off switch is connected to the battery source.

Regret buying
Was not impressed at all. The instructions are terrible but I was able to figure it out. I wanted to use this to rinse my shower after I clean it and to help rinse my small dog. The flow is not strong or consistent. The hose is short and it goes through a bucket full of water in seconds. The power cord/battery box get in the way and are an inconvenience. I couldn’t imagine actually trying to use this as a shower when camping. Not worth the money.

Great
Works great, may need to put your bucket of water up higher for it to reach above your head head but if you’re using it hand held it’s great.

So far so good. The water pressure coming out is awesome. Will do a camp trip soon and shall see how long battery lasts.
