Fun for cake decorating
I recently used the Satin Ice ChocoPan Bright White Modeling Chocolate, and it was fantastic. The texture is smooth and pliable, making it easy to work with for detailed decorations and sculpting. Pretty perfect!
Incredibly easy to use, does not harden stiff so it makes the design easy to rework days later, and taste great! I have made my own in the past and it was fine but found that Satin Ice is much better. Very bright white! I have yet to use liquid or gel color with it but the dry powder did well.

Unsure how to use it but became sticky when I tried to mold things
It worked but got sticky really fast and didn't hold it's shape

I LOVE this stuff
I'm a first timer using this stuff. My goal was to create custom, edible toppers for baby shower cupcakes. I have to say, this stuff is SO easy to use. I wish all craft mediums were so user friendly. I was also surprised by how good it tastes. I thought it would either be overly sweet, or weird tasting, but it was the perfect little yummy cake topper.

Very puttsy
I liked the flavor and it was a good product just didn't have a cool enough room to work with it plus my hands must have been too warm also because made it hard to keep shape and roll out

easy to use
This was great in using to make the cake topper for my granddaughters birthday cake. The theme was Too Sweet (think donuts and ice cream). Very easy to add food coloring (be sure to wear gloves). We had molds for ice cream and was able to create ice cream in cones very nicely.

Best fondant to use for sculpted cakes
I’ve been making cakes for 25 years and I’ve been using this product for the same amount of time. I see satin ice has bought chocopan. When I started using it chocopan was still a small company.It’s very shines and smooth when buffed and easy to mold when most fondant is stiff. Has a better flavor also. It’s made with cocoa butter and that’s the ingredient that makes it a great product and so moldable.I don’t use it on round cakes and more simple projects because of the price but it’s a necessity when making sculptures!
