Classic Brand
I have never used a 1.5 inch flat iron and I love it. It straightens well without tugging and ripping my hair. I miss the curling power of my 1 inch straightener but I like the efficiency and smoothness of this one. CHI has been around forever for a reason. It is a solid, reliable option and gets the job done. I do wish the chord was a little longer. I have natural curly hair. Ringlets in some places and waves in others and I am able to straighten my whole heading about 10 minutes.

Best product ever.
I love Chi products. They work better than anything else. Was being cheap and bought a different product. Regretted it and bought this one. Can’t go wrong with Chi. My last chi worked for over 10 years. Still works, just plug box broke a little.

Does it all
I love this tool. Gets hot fast, effective straightener, and makes better curls than my curling iron. So nice to have 1 tool that does it all. CHI for life.

Good for straight or curly hair.
Nice flat iron. Good size so it is easy to maneuver and works for both short and long hair. Just wish is had an auto shutoff.

Hair Products
My CHI OF 21 years recently stopped working and purchased this one due to its versatility and ease of use. Longevity is key and as mentioned, my last Chi product lasted 21 years. The heat level is adequate even for coarse hair. Definitely worth the value.

Good but don’t like the dial design
This is my second Chi flat iron and have been happy with them. The first died after several years of daily use. I gave this 3 stars though because the design has changed to a dial feature when setting the temperature which I do not like. The last one I had was a digital temperature display with plus/minus buttons to control. It’s hard to tell what temperature you have this set on and it’s constantly changing bc the dial gets touched and it’s moves easily.
