Can people still see you're eyes through the green lens? What I'm asking is are they dark.

They are very dark. Nobody can see my eyes through the lenses.

Why does the description not jive with the list of specifications? Ie: polarized non-polarized, acetate frame but in QA is said to be rubber.

Because there are several options of these glasses. Read the descriptions on all of them.
