Excellent book!
I read the daily page to my son before school. I love that it incorporates real-life examples to put the scripture in perspective. This is an excellent book and would make a great gift for someone.

My son loved this devo
Gave this to my son who just turned 17. I was really surprised when he said to me, unprompted, that he was enjoying this devotional and read a couple every day, actually reading them twice so the second time he could go back and circle and underline things. He does wish they were a little longer devotionals, but for a teen boy I think this is big praise.

Structured, Concise Devotions with Age-Appropriate Application
Each devotional is formatted in a predictable structure: short scripture, reflection, and practical takeaway. The 5-minute format is realistic for teen attention spans without oversimplifying theological content. Language is accessible but not overly diluted. Discussion prompts encourage personal application rather than abstract interpretation. Pros: ✔ Consistent, easy-to-follow format ✔ Practical life application ✔ Appropriate reading level Cons: ✘ Limited depth for advanced study ✘ Some themes repeat conceptually Strong entry-level devotional resource for teens building daily discipline.
