Decal on back is unrecognizable

Shirt is a bit short and a bit loose, but not so much that I won’t wear it. Doesn’t fit like I would expect it to. Have t washed yet to see if shrinking is an issue. The front of the shirt looks great, but the decal on the back is almost unrecognizable, which is my biggest complaint about the product.
