this case was severely cracked. This album is grimey and educational, a style only fully built upon by Prodigy (RIP) who died for the cause. Its time people take these lyrics to heart. Classic aged well but the first HNIC is his best🎙️🎙️

This album is the sequel to HNIC, Prodigy's first well-received album. Prodigy, is 1/2 the hip hop group, Mobb Deep, who are well known for their dark, and gutter lyrics, with stripped-down, east-coast production to go along with it. With this album, Prodigy gives his fans an in-depth look into his mind. Themes range from Illuminati conspiracies to street life, to Sean Bell, to typical Mobb Deep-like boasting. The way Prodigy rhymes are different on a lot of these songs. On the single, "The Life", he rhymes the same way he did on early Mobb Deep albums, such as The Infamous, and Hell on Earth. The flow on this song is sick, untouchable, and is much to the liking of fans that prefer the way he spat rhymes back then. On songs, like "I Want Out," "Real Power is People", and "Click Clack," his style is reminiscent to his style on the mixtape, "Return of the Mac (that being laid back, and a slower, haunting style). Production on this album is handled by Apex (produced 50 Cent's single, I Get Money), Sid Roams (produced for The Infamous Mobb and Dilated Peoples), The Alchemist, and Havoc. The Alchemist provides more eerie, and urgent-themed beats than he did on RotM. Sid Roams provide the dark, haunting beats, very fitting for Prodigy's dark lyrics. On the Sid Roams-produced song, "ABC," the theme is Prodigy vs. crooked cops. Prodigy himself stated that he wanted to keep the list of producers simple, where there's not a song on the album where you'll want to skip. The album is consistent from beginning to end. Guests on the album include Un Pacino, Havoc, and Twin Gambino. They all do their thing (especially on the epic song, "I Want Out", a perfect way to end the album). Cormega was supposed to be a guest, (you'll see his verse in the booklet) on the song "When I See U", but you'll only hear P spit his 2 verses on that song. Does this album live up to Return of the Mac? Well, I'd say that they're on the same level, which is a good thing, considering that RotM was already a great album. If you're a huge Mobb Deep fan, and enjoyed RotM, you'd be hard-pressed not to keep this album in heavy rotation. If not, it's still definitely worth a listen if you're a hip hop fan.

Dope rapper. Love all his music as well as all of Mobb Deeps classics so it was only right to cop H.N.I.C pt. 2 ! Loved It !

I LOVE THIS ALBUM. I'LL BE HONEST IT TOOK ME AWHILE TO GET INTO IT. I OBVIOSULY COMPARED IT TO THE 1ST ONE (WHICH I LOVE) BUT THE S**T IS HOTT. I CANT GET ENOUGH OF IT. 90% GOOD

I am a true rap famn. This is one of my favourites albums of all times. Prodigy just spits that hard shit from song to song. I hardly ever buy music but i feel i must suppport his music. He is one of the best rappers of all times if not the best.

Aunque el primero de los H.N.I.C. está considerado por muchos como el mejor disco de la saga, este tampoco se queda atrás. De nuevo Alchemist detrás de algunos de los mejores temas del disco: The life, Young Veterans, Illuminati... Y algunos de sus compinches habituales como Havoc, Big Twins y Big Noyd. Prodigy de nuevo a un gran nivel poniendo a Queensbridge en el mapa.
